General Selling Terms and Conditions - How2Play Guitar

1 - Prices 

The Seller reserves the right to modify his prices (given in USD and including all taxes) at any time. Products will be invoiced at the prices ruling at the time of order. 

2 - Payment & Security 

The payment is carried out via PayPal and is secured through SSL, i.e. transactions are totally encrypted. Information regarding your accounts and/or bank card data are handled directly by the respective financial institution and are hence 100% secure. 

3 - Validation



The buyer acknowledges that he has full knowledge of the general terms and conditions of sale and is willing to accept them before placing his order. The validation of the order thus constitutes acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. 

4 - Right of Retraction



Please note that the right of retraction does not apply to How2Play courses as they are classified as immediately provided services. 

5 - Intellectual Property 

The contents of the different lessons/courses offered on this website are for private use only. They can be downloaded only from our site and only after adequate compensation. For any other mode of acquisition both the acquirer and the suppliers, be they natural or legal persons, will be held responsible.

The lessons/courses offered on this website have all been copyrighted. This applies to the graphic representations and texts as well as to the corresponding audio and video recordings.

Copying, editing, presenting, excerpting, renting, exchanging, lending, selling, donating, downloading and broadcasting of the whole or any part of the material is strictly prohibited and penally sanctioned. 

6 - Download Limitations 

There is no set limit to the amount of multimedia PDF files the buyer can download. It is important to note, however, that our alert systems will block the access to the buyer’s account automatically and without delay if an unusually high number of downloads is detected. 

7 - Applicable Law & Jurisdiction 

Disputes arising from the application of the present terms and conditions of sale shall be submitted to the courts responsible for the publisher’s place of residence. 

8 - Personal Data & Liberties 

According to the law “Computing and Liberties” of January 6th, 1978, the buyer has the right to access and rectify data concerning himself. He has the possibility to exercise this right at any time by contacting us via mail.
